“Do No Harm: Intelligence Ethics, Health Professionals, and the Torture Debate
In spring 2010, the Berkeley Law Clinic interviewed psychologists on the history and impact of “enhanced interrogation techniques” - including on the future role of their profession. Survivors International's Dr Uwe Jacobs was one of those psychologists who offered his expert opinions and perspectives on the role psychologists play in these interrogations.
